Today, I left Singapore and ventured into China. The extremely exciting journey has begun. On the first day, we assembled at changi airport at 6.30am. Our flight was at 9. when i got onto the plane, i felt extremely excited and was looking forward to the trip. After the long tedious airplane ride, we had arrived in Wuhan. when i got there, it was shocking, at first to see how misty and dirty the air was in Wuhan. However, dispite the polution, the weather was amazing and it was extremely comfortable. when the proceeded to leave the airport and depart to Wuchang university.
Upon arrival, i was pleasently surprised to see the university. the main building was amazingly hug and very beautiful. However, the dorms where a different story. They weren't what i was expecting. i didnt expect something magnificent, however, the dorms looked rather run down unlike the rest of the school. But there isnt anything i can do about it so i shall make do with it.
On the second day, there was a welcoming speech by the dean and the principal of the school of forign language. I found it rather ironic that the prinical of the forign language school couldnt speak a forign language. After the speech, we were showed around the campus by three forign language school students and we got a chance to interact with them. they showed us around the campus and showed us the practices and how they go about doing certain things in the school.
After all that, we had some free time to ourselves and my friends and i went to go explore the area around the campus and also took this chance to get some crucial items that we required from the supermarket near by. after all these events, the second day of our trip had already came to an end
